Million Dollar Salon University is an intensive learning program which, by using the structure systems of the 7 secrets of the Million Dollar Salon, motivates and educates participants to increase their own performance levels, and achieve better results from their salons.

In learning each of the 7 steps, participants will be more capable of identifying the emotional and practical triggers of staff and clients, and will be provided with real time applications and systems which impact performance, provide for greater profitability, and maintain sustainable growth for the salon.

Aim

By using intensive workgroup-based learning criteria, the Million Dollar Salon University communicates effective, ‘same language’ strategies and skills to salon owners and managers.
